- Not usually Ed, but like a lot of things it depends on what vintage your
- 3000 is, what CD drive you pick, and which software you use. I highly
- recommend the AsimCDFS software if you want to be able to use any type of
- CD-ROM disk with ease. I've used both Sony CDU-55S & -76S drives in an
- external box with good results, and the 76S quad speed drive is a good buy
- for the performance right now.
